About Temperature
While Celsius and Fahrenheit are the most common temperatures, Kelvin and Rankine have their uses as well. Each degree of Kelvin steps up the same amount as Celsius, but starts with 0 at absolute zero, so there is no such thing as a negative Kelvin. Rankine is the same, but with Fahrenheit.
